Why We Focus on HOW

focus on howIf you’re reading this post, you’re probably like me — hungry for new opportunities, new ideas and the latest trends to improve your results and build your business.

There’s a lot of terrific information out there – white papers, blogs, websites, podcasts, forums, experts, webinars, seminars, books, ebooks, roundtables, panels.  Whew!  By the time I’m caught up, I can take a vacation on Mars.

And my question is always this:  Great idea.  Now how do I implement it?

I’m a huge fan of sharing ideas, concepts, theories.  But time is precious and we work enough hours as is.

Personally, I’d rather read less about “why” and more about “how.”  Give me 5 steps to get started or an 8-week plan.  If I can’t use it TODAY, it will probably end up under a stack of website printouts and webinar login codes.

The focus on how is just more valuable.

It’s really hard to find these tactical how-tos.  You can hire an expert or do tons of research, but there just isn’t a lot of good, practical, here’s-how-to-roll-em-up-and-get-started kind of details that I personally hunger for.

And THAT’s why this blog will focus on HOW!
