TCii Strategic and Management Consultants

What can you expect when you work with us?

TCii are strategic and management consultants who offer advice, solutions and practical support. Our job is to help our clients stay ahead of their competitors. Our strategic, marketing and tactical help has delivered many benefits to our clients: increased profitability, rationalising costs, raising new finance, expanding sales, recruiting in new skills and succession planning. Some clients simply look to us to help spread the load by sharing business issues with independent professional experts.

What we deliver

We are a results-driven company dedicated to delivering sustainable profitable growth. We believe in employing the very best people to deliver first class solutions. It pays dividends: most of our work is repeat business from satisfied clients.

A breadth of expertise

Our team brings an informed and independent insight based on many years of experience. We have international and cross-cultural expertise across a range of industries and sectors, working for some of the world’s largest companies as well as start-ups, investment institutions and government agencies.

A range of support

We deliver real practical help as well as the thinking, planning and consulting services. We can support you in implementing change in your business or we can lead the change programme for you – the depth of our involvement is up to you. You may want us involved in the detail – attending outside meetings with you, representing you, negotiating on your behalf – or working on critical projects such as profit or cash improvement, increasing sales, raising efficiency, developing your marketing programme or future planning, to name but a few. Or you may want a one-to-one relationship with a business mentor – someone you can call on as a sounding board. Or, like most of our clients, you may be looking for a mix of all of this. We can structure a solution that is tailor made for your individual needs.

International reach

At TCii, we work seamlessly together as one firm to serve our clients wherever they need us. We have offices in 14 countries, across 3 continents around the world. We make our collective knowledge, experience and global network available to our clients. (UK, Australia, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Poland, Portugal, Russia, UAE.)
