Jim Sagar – Co-founder, CEO
Jim has more than 18 years of experience leading startups and mid-market companies in marketing, sales and strategy. Since 2001, Jim has been focused on using technology and processes to automate ad hoc functions within marketing and sales, giving people leverage to be more effective with their marketing strategies and tactics.
An entrepreneur at heart, Jim has been a founding executive team member for three startups prior to co-founding Moderandi in 2004. Jim holds a B.A. of Economics and Communications from the University of Michigan.
Stephen Kowalczyk – VP, Product Development
Stephen joined Moderandi in 2006, bringing 20+ years of experience designing and delivering Internet-based and standalone software applications. Marketing M.O. is the fifth commercial product Stephen has delivered from idea to implementation.
Stephen holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of Michigan.
Scott Salkin – Partner, Founder of Identity Studios
Scott’s diverse background and experience in sales and marketing, project and product management, and creative direction have contributed to his strong acumen in both B2B and B2C business environments.
In the past four years Scott has grown Identity Studios from a sole proprietorship to a full service marketing agency with more than 300 clients and 26 employees. Clients range from sophisticated startups to Fortune 500s who turn to the multi-disciplined marketing group for its proprietary demand generation methods and proven impact on revenue and profitability.
Darren Davis – VP of Creative Strategy – Identity Studios
Darren has delivered creative solutions to marketing challenges for some of the world’s most recognized brands. Over his fifteen-year career, Darren has managed projects for Foster Grant, DELL Computer, AOL, Continental Airlines, Adobe Illustrator, Sony Playstation, Revlon, Cisco Systems, Motorola, Kraft, Hewlett Packard, Procter and Gamble and Blockbuster Entertainment.
Darren’s unique approach to creative development is rooted in his affinity for collecting research and dissecting the details to reveal the essence of a company’s brand. Darren’s work has been recognized with ADDYs, Prismas, and Clios, and featured in respected creative forums including How, Print, and Communications Arts.

Brandon Zeuner – Co-founder, Advisor
Brandon is a co-founder and partner at venture51 – a seed- and early-stage venture fund built for entrepreneurs by entrepreneurs, partnering with founders who are forming at the earliest stages of the emerging Information Technology market.
Brandon has been in tech for over 15 years in companies such as Interact Commerce (makers of ACT! & SalesLogix – sold to Sage in 2001), Flypaper, Plan Plus Online (Franklin Covey), and Sage Software. He also remains very active in a music technology startup.
Bob Bosserman – Co-founder, Advisor
Bob has more than 30 years of experience in senior management of both large and small companies in high-technology industries, from computers to water purification to software to biotechnology. Bob was a principal founder of Medelis in 2003 and has led the company as CEO since early 2006.
Bob serves on the board of Keneisys Corp and is a founder and board member of GenBioPro, Inc. He is a founder and Chairman of the Board of Arcadius Media, Inc. and a senior advisor to the board of Multimedia Telesys, Inc. He also serves on the advisory board for Arizona State University’s Center for Healthcare Innovation & Clinical Trials.
Bob was educated as a chemical engineer, lawyer and urban planner.
Mark Consuegra – Advisor
Mark is a veteran in the product management field, having led or played a major part in the creation of high tech products such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Expedia and a variety of Internet software products over the past 20 years. While at Microsoft, Mark proposed and led the creation of Expedia, one of Microsoft’s first Internet businesses, taking the product from concept to inception.
With a team of Microsoft veterans, Mark later co-founded Wonderhorse Software, which created the Internet’s first self-serve consumer Talk Radio application and platform, a pioneer in the streaming space.
Mark has also served in leadership roles in General and Product Management throughout his career. Prior to joining Unicorn Media as the Executive Vice President, Product Management, Mark was the General Manager of Hosting and Security Products at GoDaddy.
Anthony Wooten – Advisor
Anthony has deep customer-facing business software experience, with 18 years experience in the enterprise software areas of marketing automation, sales automation, customer service & support and contact center automation.
Anthony’s been a former VP of Marketing and Products/Strategy at Sage Front Office Solutions Division (which owns ACT!, SalesLogix, Sage CRM), Pivotal CRM and Eyretel, as well as an executive at IBM, Computer Associates and EDS.
